1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return only if:

  • The product you received is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item you received does not match the description on our website

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products used, worn, or washed

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues for customized items

  • Jewellery worn or used due to hygiene reasons


2. Time Limit for Returns

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you want to return or report an issue.
After 48 hours, we may not be able to accept the return.


3. Return Process

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp

  2. Share your order number

  3. Send clear photos or a small video showing the issue

  4. Wait for our team to review your request

After approval, we will guide you on how to return the product.


4. Replacement Policy

If your return is approved, you can choose:

  • A replacement of the same product

  • A similar product (if the same item is out of stock)

Replacements depend on stock availability.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only in cases where:

  • The product is not available for replacement

  • The product is out of stock

  • The delivered item is completely wrong

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong item, damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any personal reason, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer.


7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
After we ship the product, cancellation is not possible.


8. Non-Refundable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Jewellery that has been opened or used

  • Items bought during clearance sale or final sale

  • Customized or tailored products
